Te -Form: Loosely connect verbs

The て-form can be used to describe the manner in which the action described by the second verb is performed.
Translate the following example using the て-form:
I go to work by bus. (I take a bus to work).

The て-form can also be used to describe a situation for which somethin happens. In this example it is used to describe the situation for which the apology is made.
Translate the following using the て-form:
