Q

What is answerability and enforcement?

A

The expectation is that the government explains why and what they are doing and the consequences for public officials if they abuse their power; sanctions if necessary
These are interrelated, we expect them to keep us informed and for them to have repercussions if they fuck up and horizontal and vertical accountability is worked into this as well
