Citizens’ Advisory Board (CAB) (GO 0.7)
Serve as an advisory board to the Commissioner with the primary purpose of providing objective review and input concerning departmental policies, procedures, training, reporting, and controls to determine consistency with the demands of public safety as well as legal, moral, and public expectations.
CAB Membership (GO 0.7)
Reflects the state’s population, taking into consideration geographic, ethnic, gender, and cultural diversity. Shall be residents of California, mature, responsible, and drawn from amount prominent individuals of integrity, reputation, and judgement.
