Customer service
Part of a business’ activities that is concerned with meeting their needs as fully as possible
Positive customer management
Occurs when customers have a good experience from their contact with the business
Post-sales service
The meeting of customers’ needs after they have purchased a product, for example, by repairing or servicing the product.
Premises
The buildings used by businesses - these can be shops, offices and factories.
Customer loyalty
means that a business’ customers make repeat purchases because they were satisfied with the service. Also known as regular customers.
Mysterious visitors
Fake customers whom no one can identify. They go to a business and carry out reviews of the average customer service.
