what is the gold standard for legends?

A

Appearance- Neat and holds together well with a uniform golden brown bun with a golden crust and flour dusting. It’s an oval bun with 2 diagonal decor slices on top.

edges of ginger chicken piece is slightly visible with some pepper and herb flecks, and it will differ from patty to patty due to non uniform shape

Texture/ temp- hot
moderately toasted, crisp crust, with a doughy tender, resilient slightly moist.
