A
- Rich Russians moving to London, because during the process of dissolution, business people required soviet era industries
- This made many business owners very rich
- Lots of Russians bought homes in the wealthiest boroughs of London as well as owning property in London
- this migration allowed the Russian elite to access the global financial markets in return for the U.K. benefitting from their investments.
