From dam heads just over 2 miles from the distillery, on the Northeast side of Ben Rinnes. Blackstank dam provides the cooling water, whilst Henshead dam is much smaller and provides the process water.
What is the Production Capacity at Glanallachie?
1M litres is the capacity, but this has been reduced to 800,000 litres (of which 10% will be peated) to allow more time to make high quality product.
