- Thickening of folds & deformity of duodenal bulb
- In Chronic cases: cloverleaf deformity (symmetric narrowing of bulb)
What is a Gastric Ulcer?
- Clear projection of ulcer outside normal barium-filled stomach
- The lucency@ base of ulcer reflecting edema
- Ulcer collar: (collection of barium surrounded by halo of edema

What is Pyloric Stenosis?
- Congenital anomaly
- Pyloric canal is greatly narrowed due to hypertrophy of pyloric sphincter
- Occurs mostly in males (4x)

Mostly found after gastroectomy; remaining stomach does not break down food to prepare for digestion; food remains & forms a mass
