confusion elderly
raise IOP acute angle closed glaucoma
pupil dilation
reduce bronchial secretion
caution in antimuscarinic
- susceptibility to acute angle closure glaucoma
- CVD - arrhythmia, tachycardia
-hyperthyroid due to tachycardia
c/I in antimuscarinic
-prostatic enlargement, urinary retention
- narrow angle closure glaucoma
- gi obstruction, paralytic ileus, toxic meg
-mysthenia graves
caution in buscopan injections
risk of adv in cardiac patients
