asymptomatic pt with no personal hx
one 1st degree and one 2nd degree relative >55
iFOBT every 2 years from 50-74
Bowel cancer screening cat 2 - who and how
asymptomatic pt with
- one 1st degree relative <55yo
- OR two 1st degree relative any age
- OR one 1st degree relative and two 2nd degree relative any age
iFOBT every 2 years from 40-49
Colonoscopy every 5 years from 50-74
Bowel cancer screening cat 3 - who and how
asymptomatic pt with
- three 1st degree relative any age
- at least three 1st or 2nd degree relatives, where one of those is <55yo
Ppl with high risk syndrome, Lynch syndrome
- 2 or more relatives where one of them has had multiple CRC, or dx. <50
Refer to CRC specialist, refer to familial cancer clinic
iFOBT every 2 years from 35-44
Colonsocopy 5 yearly from 45-74
