Intranasal corticosteroids
eg adults and kids >6 budesonide 32mcg 2 sprays bd for 4 weeks then reduce to 1 to 2 sprays od
OR
mometasone 50mcg
adults 2 sprays od for 4 weeks then reduce to 1 spray daily
and kids 3-11: 1 spray od 4 wks and thereafter
