Deindustrialisation is the closing of factories causing the shut down of industries in the manufacturing area.

Decentralisation is when popular places like shopping centres and retail parks are built to attract customers out of the town, close to major roads.

Shopping in different ways. Online shopping is very popular, because if they are buying from another place far away, they don’t have to travel.
