enlargement: masculinization
discolouration & swelling: trauma
Internal genitalia inspection through speculum & palpation normal & abnormal finding
normal: pinkish mucous mmbrane, non-tenderness, & milk-white clear discharge in vagina/ cervix
abnormal: bluish mucosa ay be sign of pregnancy; yellowish discharge shows infection
Perineum inspection & palpation abnormal finding
- vesicles: herpes
- painless plaque: primary syphilis
- ucler: carcinoma
- lesion: genital war
Female anus & rectum inspection & palpation
check colour changes, redness, rashes, shape, lesion
should be soft, no tenderness, no nodules
swollen veins in anus: hemorrhoids
