Less than 18.5= underweight
18.5-24.9= Normal range

Blood pressure: 90/60-120/80 mm Hg
Capillary refill time: 2-3 seconds

-Hemiplegic gait: Circumduction of foot
-Cerebellar / ataxic gait: Poor coordination
-Neuropathic gait: Loss of dorsiflextion
-Scissor gait : Crossing of legs
-Parkisonian gait: Short step lenghth and shuffling on the ground.
Explain the grades of finger clubbing
Grade 1: Fluctuation of nail bed
Grade 2: Loss of shamroths windows or lovibond angle
Grade 3: increased concavity of nail bed or parrots Beak appearance
Grade 4: Expansion of terminal phalanx or Drum stick appearance
Grade 5:Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy.
List the levels of consciousness in order.
Alert
Lethargic
Obtunded
Stuporous
