Properly, using designated containers to prevent environmental contamination.
How should items contaminated with microorganisms be disposed of?
They must be autoclaved before disposal or washing, and solid waste materials must be placed in a biohazard bag and autoclaved before disposal.
What should be done with chemicals, reagents, media, and cultures after each session?
They should be returned to their appropriate places.
What is required to ensure cleanliness before leaving the laboratory?
The laboratory, including the floor, must be clean, and laboratory stools must be kept under the tables.
