This Board Room, which houses and displays our red wines of the world selection, is an intimate private space for up to 14 guests, complete with a table fit for a king. Just outside, and visible though glass windows, is our 360° oyster bar and our live salt water tanks.

This is our third largest private event space, with the ability to seat 80 Guests. It features full AV capabilities, a full bar, and a private patio which is both visible and accessible via our retractable floor-to-ceiling glass wall. The private patio has a built in fireplace and a private entrance. The seating arrangements are endless with round and rectangle table options.

Our second largest private event space seats 100. The room can be equipped with a mobile bar, and features full AV capabilities, a private entrance, and a private patio which is both visible and accessible via our retractable floor-to-ceiling glass wall. Our Private Patio space features a 360° full bar, spectacular fire and water features, and a unique variety of both high and low seating. Once or twice a year we’re subject to less than perfect weather, and we’re able ensure a controlled climate with state-of-the-art infrared heaters, ventilation, and custom built retractable roof panels.

Our Main Dining Room features reclaimed wood floors, a 360° private copper-top full bar, floor-to-ceiling operable windows facing South Coast Plaza, a concrete sit-in oyster bar, a unique variety of table and booth seating options, live salt water tanks, and a Custom Sculptural Oyster Wall that we built using over 50,000 of our own reclaimed oyster shells.
