  • Colonel: 4 rows, 1/2” braiding, 1/8” spacing.
  • Lt. Colonel: 3 rows, 1/2” braiding, 1/8” spacing.
  • Major: 1 row 1/2” braiding (sandwiching) + 1 row 1/4” braiding + 1 row 1/2” braiding, 1/8” spacing.
  • Det. Captain: 2 rows, 1/2” braiding, 1/8” spacing.

Note: Detective Lieutenant/ Lieutenant will have the “appropriate gold braiding already affixed.”

  1. The member shall inform his/her supervisor of the known side effects of such medication and the prescribed period of use, and shall provide documentation of same;
  2. The supervisor shall document this information through the use of an internal memorandum to the appropriate Division Commander/Manager and shall send a copy to the Occupational Health Unit for review by the SP Surgeon.
