Barrel Jacket & Receiver Assembly
A
- support and protect the barrel assembly
- holds the flash suppressor
- the receiver assembly houses and support for various assemblies of the gun

Barrel and Barrel Extension Assembly
A
- provides an aiming path for the projectile
- threaded to the barrel extension
- BARREL LOCKING SPRING prevents the barrel from rotating during the firing cycle

Cover Assembly
A
- provides the feed mechanism
- the feed mechanism is actuated by the bolt which feeds the belt to the against the cartridge stops
- Holding Pawl assembly - retains the cartridge
- Belt Feed Pawl Arm - PREVENTS DOUBLE FEEDING.

Retracting Slide Assembly
A
- Serves to charge the weapon
- also used when the weapon has a stoppage

Back Plate Assembly
A
- serves as the stop for the breach bolt assembly and the recoil buffer assembly

Breach Bolt Assembly
A
- provides Feeding, Stripping, Cocking, Chambering, Firing, Extracting, and Ejecting of the cartridge during the recoil and counter-recoil

Rod Assembly
A
- Provides energy for the Breach Bolt to return to the firing ( BATTERY ) position
- composed of 2 springs and the Rod Subassembly

Recoil Buffer Assembly
A
- Assist in the Recoil and Counter Recoil

Bolt Switch
A
- must be repositioned when switch from a Left to Right- hand feed. or vise versa

Cocking Lever
A
- also acts as a safety device by not allowing the firing pin extension to be released from the sear until the breach bolt is back in battery position

extracts the cartridge from the chamber or barrel

A
extracts the used cartridge out the bottom of the receiver
