  • NSAIDS (decrease in PGE2–> decreases gastric mucosa protection)
  • Alcohol

  • Burns/shock (decrease plasma volume–> decrease submucosal blood flow)
  • Cushing ulcer (head injury–> increased ICP–> increased vagal stimulation–> increased ACh–> H+ production)
