Food refusal
Self-resolves by 12 - 18 months
Complications: FTT, oeso stricture, anaemia
Apnoea/ALTE/SIDS, seizure-like events
aspiration/wheeze/hoarseness

50% associated with other anomalous associations (VACTERL)
excessive secretions + mucus
cyanosis when feeding
NG sticks at 10cm - Replogle tube drains from above the pouch
repair in first few days but still –> reflux, strictures, cough, feeding probs
