Upon request from command Dispatch can initiate a resource group assignment. When dispatching a Resource Group, Dispatch will: (5)
- update alarm- include additional units
- insert text in comment to indicate which units are responding as a Task Force or Strike Team
- Insert text telling location to respond
- Insert text assigning radio channel, if none given alternate will be used
- Announce Task Force/Strike Team, assigned radio channel, response location
