Consolidate existing services and improve access to the best of current NHS practice.

7 genomic laboratory hubs (GLHs)

Clinical exomes - sequence whole exome and then apply particular panels like we do for 100K project?
Future services for cancer team?
Gene panels into cancer service such as the STP project which has just started - currently proof of principle looking at a custom designed RNA panel targeting all the myeloid and lymphoid rearrangements listed in the test directory.
What else might change?
Delve more into things that we don’t understand
MDTs will become more of a routine fixture in the work place rather than a special event to help
Clinical scientists in the clinic?
