What is the self-care advise?
A
Wear loose-fitting clothes
Good hygiene
Dry skin thoroughly after washing
Avoid scratching affected skin
Do not share towels
Wash clothes and bed linen

What are the topical options for mild, non-extensive infection?
A
Terbinafine 1% cream once or twice a day for 1-2 weeks or imidazole cream like clotrimazole 1% 2-3 times a day for 4 weeks, miconazole 2% twice a day for 10 days
Can use a hydrocortisone 1% cream OD if inflammation present but only for 7 days
