Symptomatic inflammation of the vagina or vulva caused by superficial fungal infections

Use simple emollients as a soap substitute to wash
Avoid contact with irritant soaps
Avoid vaginal douching
Avoid wearing tight-fitting clothes

What drugs are available for treatment?
A
fluconazole 150 mg oral capsule as a single dose first-line.
clotrimazole 500 mg intravaginal pessary as a single dose if oral therapy is contraindicated.
