What is the treatment for Class I cellulitis (no signs of systemic toxicity and no uncontrolled comorbidities)?

A

Flucloxacillin 500-1000mg four times daily for 5-7 days

Clarithromycin 500mg twice daily for 5-7 days

Doxycycline 200 mg on the first day then 100 mg once daily, for a total of 5–7 days.

Erythromycin (in pregnancy) 500 mg four times daily for 5–7 days.

A

co-amoxiclav 500/125 mg three times a day for 7 days.

Clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily for 5–7 days with metronidazole 400 mg three times daily for 7 days.
