When do the FCMC (Fuel Control and Monitoring Computers) transfer fuel to/from the Trim Tank?

CRUISE: During cruise fuel is transferred forward to maintain tank levels and optimum CG.
DESCENT: Forward transfer begins at FL 245 or 35 min to destination.
