Domaine Leflaive Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru
- Established in 1717 by Claude Leflaive in Puligny-Montrachet. Domaine Leflaive is one of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy and the domaine has been fully biodynamic since 1997. The wines are aged for 12 months in 25% new oak and are then transferred to steel tanks where they are allowed to clarify naturally over the second winter for year 2.
