Impersonality
Theoretically, the organization is ruled by an Elite or elitist class. It is void of mutual collaboration. It is identified by this Metaphorical expression.

A Bureaucracy or an organization where membership and advancement are based upon merits ( e.g. occupational dexterity , skill acquisition , and educational credential). Its pragmatism is a rarity in company that practice Nepotism.
Meritocracy
Societal members upon volitional pursuit join and anastomose these organizations . The y share the commonality of interest. This kind of organization provides both tangible and intangible rewards.
