A violation of norms that does not result in any long term effects on the individual’s self image or interactions with other.
Primary Deviance
Following the assigned label of deviance , there is the corresponding transformation of the individual’s self concept and behavior. Therefore , he undergoes self fulfilling prophecy as a deviant . He conforms to its label. He has been labelled as deviant by the societal members.
Secondary Deviance
White Collar workers’ commission of crime in a business venue or establishment.
Corporate Crime
Its Institutional Reformation and Penal Rehabilitation of individual who had been arrested , convicted , and sentenced for criminal offenses.
Correction System
Its activities of vandalism and property damage that are against the law . There is no injury of another person.
Victimless Crime
Crimes based on the use of force or Threat of force.
Violent Crime
A judicial system that is vested the jurisdictional authority to render decisions based on law.
