Proximal: medial epicondyle of humerus
Distal: base of 2nd metacarpal

weakly flexes and abducts hand at wrist

Proximal: medial epicondyle of humerus
Distal: distal half of flexor retinaculum of hand and palmar aponeurosis

Proximal: medial epicondyle of humerus, olecranon, and posterior border of ulna
Distal: pisiform bone, hook of hamate, 5th metacarpal
Actions of flexor carpi ulnaris
flexes and adducts hand at wrist
Innervation of flexor carpi ulnaris
ulnar nerve (C8)
Attachments of flexor digitorum superficialis
Proximal: medial epicondyle of humerus and superior half of anterior radius
Distal: middle phalanges of 2nd-5th digits
Actions of flexor digitorum superficialis
flexes middle and proximal phalanges
Innervation of flexor digitorum superficialis
median nerve (C7, C8, T1)
Attachments of flexor digitorum profundus
Proximal: proximal 3/4 of medial and anterior ulna and interosseous membrane
Distal: radial side @ base of 2nd-3rd digits / ulnar side @ base of 4th-5th digits
Actions of flexor digitorum profundus
flexes distal 2nd-5th phalanges
Innervation of flexor digitorum profundus
radial side: anterior interosseous nerve (median, C8, T1)
ulnar side: ulnar nerve (C8-T1)
Attachments of flexor pollicis longus
Proximal: anterior radius and interosseous membrane
Distal: base of distal phalanx of thumb (pollux)

flexes thumb
