  • Båda specialiserade på små arbetsuppgifter, men med rotation i Toyota
  • Operatörer ska bara göra det cheferna säger och inte tänka själva - bortsett från Kaizen i Toyota
  • Different objectives with the production (Toyota fast, good quality and low cost, Taylor maximize output).
  • Science is not that emphasized in TPS, instead in TPS challenge the way you are doing things and then improve. In Taylor - science have shown on the best way.
