Mezze
Selection of small dishes or dips served with Puccia bread and crudités. Each dip can be ordered individually and will be served with Puccia bread or as a platter served with Puccia bread and crudités.
PUCCIA BREAD: traditional bread baked on an open fire from Puglia, Italy - ours is made using our pizza dough in our pizza oven
CRUDITÉ: Selection of raw vegetables
Whipped Eggplant
(Vegetarian)
Eggplant is cooked in garlic and olive oil. When the eggplant is soft it is pureed until smooth then allowed to cool. When the eggplant puree is cool, crème fraiche is whipped to a stiff peak then folded into the eggplant.
Garnished with extra virgin olive oil.
Substitutions: No puccia
Dairy can NOT be removed
Garlic can NOT be removed

White Bean
Salsa Rosa
(Vegan)
Cannellini beans are cooked with chili flakes, garlic, bay leaf and thyme. They are then pureed with extra virgin olive oil. This is served with a “salsa rosa” (red sauce) made from Calabrian chili, garlic, parsley, red wine vinegar, olive oil
Substitutions: Can be not spicy with no Salsa Rosa

Whipped Ricotta
Clover Honey
(Vegetarian)
Ricotta is placed into a food processor and pureed until smooth. This is seasoned with lemon zest and salt. The ricotta is served with clover honey
Substitutions: No Honey is OK. Nothing else can be changed.

Burrata and Caviar
Burrata is seasoned with a touch of maldon and placed in a bowl. 1oz of golden osetra is spooned on top of the burrata and garnished with chives. A generous amount of evoo is used to finish and is served with a puccia on the side.
