Avocado Toast
Smashed avocado served on grilled sourdough bread is garnished with shaved radish, shaved fennel, pickled shallot, petite basil, petite sorrel and the pistachio seeded crumble.
It is finished with a broken citrus/chili vinaigrette

Green Eggs
Soft scrambled eggs are placed on the plate. This is then topped with a salad of shaved yellow squash, zucchini, avocado, arugula, parmesan cheese and salsa verde (parsley, basil, capers, shallot, evoo, anchovies, lemon juice)

Smoked Salmon Platter
Cold smoked salmon served with Everything Mascarpone (mascarpone, chive, tarragon, parsley, garlic, lemon, crème fraiche) shaved celery, shaved red onion, shaved fennel, radish sprouts, capers and griddled country sourdough bread

Ricotta Pancakes
These pancakes are a traditional ricotta pancake that we have added whipped egg whites folded into the batter to give them more volume and a lighter texture. The garnishes are salted caramel, bruleed banana, whipped mascarpone and maple syrup.
Substitutions: No banana OK.
No salted caramel OK.
No whipped ricotta OK.

Breakfast Pizza
Scrambled eggs, fried hash brown patties, prosciutto cotto, provolone piccante and truffle aioli are all placed onto a brioche bun and baked in the oven until the cheese melts. The sandwich is served with a small arugula salad dressed in lemon juice and EVOO.

Kassi Burger
2 each 3.5 oz burger patties are seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked on the grill. No temp can be taken on this burger. It is topped with american cheese, bacon jam and confit onions. The burger is finished with 1000 island dressing, pickles, lettuce and tomato all on a sesame seed brioche bun. The burger is served with french fries and truffle aioli.

Salmon Salad
This dish is a full sized piece (6oz) or roasted salmon. It is topped with a green salad that is tossed with lemon juice, EVOO, steak salsa verde, shaved fennel, shaved red onion and cherry tomatoes. It is a hot portion of salmon with a large salad on top.
