Aperol Spritz
Pour into keg in this order:
5 Liters Aperol
12 750ml bottles Canyon Road Sauvignon Blanc
About 7 Liters of water (just fill water
until can touch liquid in keg with finger with 2 knuckles in)
Charge Keg
Attach charging co2 tank to the OUT attachment on keg
Turn nozzle of co2 tank to on and make sure psi on tank is at 68
Turn flow valve on tank regulator down so co2 flows into keg
Cover top of keg with a towel and pull pressure release valve up and down 20x very rapidly
Bang keg up and down to shake up liquid inside
Repeat 5 times total
Westside Mule
Pour into keg in this order
5 1L bottles Ketel One Botanicals - Mint Cucumber
2 Liters Lime Juice
12 Liters Fever Tree Ginger Beer
(24 500ml bottles)
Charge Keg
