Espresso
Cup: Espresso Cup

Sugar Setup: Two packets of Stevia, one white and brown sugar cube per person. Unless otherwise specified
Service Options:
Iced - served in a water glass with ice and simple syrup if required. Optional side of milk. 2oz pour. Options are Whole, Oat, Almond
Drop Line: Espresso
Prep: Pull one shot into an espresso cup. Our shot is a double shot of espresso.
Macchiato
Cup: espresso

Amount of milk: frothed dollop

Milk Type
Iced - Water Glass with a straw and simpl syrup
Drop Line: Machiato with “Milk Type”
Prep: Pull a shot of espresso. Froth 1oz of milk. Spoon only the froth created on top of the espresso shot.
Latte
Cup: Latte Saucer: Latte Spoon: Demitasse Amount of Milk: 6oz Sugar Setup: Two packets of Stevia, one white and brown sugar cube per person. Unless otherwise specified.

Iced - collins glass with a side of simple syrup and a straw
Drop Line: “Milk Type” Latte
Prep: Pull a shot of espresso into a latte cup. Slightly froth 6oz of milk, once warm pour the milk over shot holding some froth back with a spoon for a topping. If it’s ordered iced the espresso would be poured into a collins glass with ice added after and then 6oz of milk poured in over top.
Cappuccino
Cup: Cappuccino Saucer: Cappuccino Spoon: Demitasse Amount of Milk: 4oz Sugar Setup: Two packets of Stevia, one white and brown sugar cube per person. Unless otherwise specified.

Iced - Collins glass with a side of simple syrup and a straw
Drop Line “Milk type” Cappuccino
Prep: Pull espresso shot into a cappuccino cup. Froth 4oz of milk heavily getting a nice head, the idea is to have the cappuccino cup cut into thirds, one third being espresso, one third milk, and one third foam. If it’s ordered iced the espresso would be poured into a collins glass with ice added after and then 4oz of milk poured in over top.
Americano

Drop Line: Americano
Prep: Pull a shot of espresso into a cappuccino cup. Then add 3oz of hot water on top.
Drip Coffee
Cup: latte cup Saucer: latte saucer Spoon: demitasse amount of milk: none Sugar Setup: Two packets of Stevia, one white and brown sugar cube per person. Unless otherwise specified.

Iced coffee would be served as Cold Brew, which is a different drink.

Hot Tea
Cup cappucino Saucer cappucino Spoon demitasse Amount of milk: none unless requested Sugar Setup: Two packets of Stevia, one white and brown sugar cube per person. Unless otherwise specified.
Service Options:
Tea Flavor - Chamilie, English Breakfast, Mint, Green.
Served with a side of milk, honey syrup or lemon upon request. None by default.
Drop Line: Name of specific tea that was order eg “English Breakfast”
Prep: 12oz of hot water into a tea pot. steep for 3 minutes before serving to guest. Tea bag of choice. Secure with lid or tie to pot handle. Steep for 3 minutes of delivery and inform guest of the tea’s remaining steep time.
Note: Green and Black Tea are caffeinated. Mint and Chamomile are not.
Matcha
Cup: Cappucino for tea - Latte cup for latte
Saucer: Cappucino/Latte
Spoon: demitasse
Milk: 6oz for latte
Add one ounce of hot water and whisk in a zig zag motion until matcha “paste” becomes frothy, make sure there are no clumps left from the powder.
Sugar Setup: 1oz honey syrup
Service Options:
Server to confirm matcha tea or matcha latte.
Latte - milk type; whole, oat, or almond.
Latte - iced - collins glass, straw.
All matcha is served with 1oz side honey syrup.
Drop Line: “Matcha Tea” or “Matcha Latte” with milk type.
Prep: Two grams matcha (approximately one full demitasse spoon) in bowl. Whisk in a zig zag motion (not circular) until frothy, without clumps
Tea - Matcha paste plus 3 oz hot water.
Latte - Matcha paste plus 6 oz milk
