A

Intro- Marxism is a conflict, structural approach which focuses on class inequalities which have been produced as a result of an increasingly capitalism society. Marxism is a complex theory that takes different approaches to our understanding of society today which can be seen through traditional Marxism , neo Marxism etc which highlight class inequality. But have been challenged by theories such as ,.. which see view these ideas as outdated.

Para 1.FOR- As suggested by the item, traditional marxists see a clear division in society between the two social classes the bourgeois and the proletariat. the “ proletariat are exploited by he capiatlist owners of the means of the production” these are known as the ruling class who exploit the working class for there profits while keeping them in a subordinate position when paying them very littel. Marx explained that this is because the working class are undra false class consciousness whereby they are unaware of there oppression, he predicted that “ultimatley the prolotariat will overthrow capitalism by means if a revolition” however this HAS YET TO HAPPEN SUGGESTING THAT marxism is an outdated approach that no longer
