- The researcher is too attached which means that research may lose its objectivity( aim)

Oakleys study is from here to maternity and shows a good use of unstructured interviews and open questions that give great depth to women and their experiences in childbirth and brings awareness to PN([Post natal depression)

Because it shows a true picture of women’s experiences which may have been ignored otherwise
