What does phospholipids do?
A
Act as a battier to water soluble substances because it has non-polar tails so it is difficult for the polar molecules or ions to pass through them.

A
‘Float’ in the phospholipid sheet(like icebergs)

A
Regulate the fluidity of membrane

A
Stabilise membrane structure.
As receptor sites bind with particular substances such as hormones or neurotransmitter

A
