ADIRS panel has 3 IR lights ( not pb). A steady white align during the alignment process. Flashes when a disruption in the alignment process occurs. 10 minutes for full IRU alignment 3 minutes for quick realignment. Steady amber fault light means total IRU failure and flashing means partial failure
