What is the 12 minute cooper run?
It is a 200m square , marked out at every 10m, which you run around as far as possible for 12 minutes.
What is the Harvard Step test?
Step up onto a gym bench every two seconds for 5 minutes and then take your pulse 1, 2,3 minutes after you have finished.
What is the one-minute sit up test?
You complete as many sit-ups in one minute.
What is the sit and reach test?
Place your feet on a sit and reach box leg straitened and then reach far as forward as possible and hold for three seconds.
What is the one-minute press up test?
Complete as many press ups as possible in one minute.
What is the 30 m sprint test?
Run as fast as possible from a standing start to the end of a 30 m track.
What is the vertical jump test?
Put chalk on your finger a reach your arm up as high as possible, then jump as high as possible and measure the chalk marks on the wall.
What is the Illinois agility test?
You will start by laying down on your front and then you will sprint and weave in and out the cones in a total of 60m long course.

You use your strongest hand to squeeze dynamometer and hold for 3 seconds.
