What is health?
A state of complete psychological, physical and social well-being.
What is exercise?
Is any activity that needs physical effort.
What is Fitness?
The ability to meet the demands of an environment.
What is performance?
How well a task is completed.
What is sedentary?
Lacking in physical activity.
What is hypokinetic disease?
A disease cause by a lack of physical activity.
What is Cardiovascular Fitness?
The ability to exercise your whole body for long periods of time.
What is Muscular Strength?
The amount of force you can exert on a resistance.
What is Muscular Endurance?
The ability to use voluntary muscles repeatedly without getting tired.
What is Flexibility?
The range of motion of your joints.
What is Body Composition?
The percentage of body weight that is muscle, bone and fat.
What is agility?
The ability to change direction and control the body at speed.
What is balance?
Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move.
What is Co-ordination?
The ability to use two or more body parts together.
What is Power?
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly, also known as speed x strength.
