Lab values to ask for:
INR, Hct, Hgb, platelets
Cardiac Transplant
PPE sternal precautions no pushing or pulling, no lifting more than 10 pounds, no resistive exercises or loading past 90 flexion and abduction RPE 90-115 bpm BP; 80-150/less than 90 PPE
Mastectomy
no muscles involved: ROM 24 hours post
muscles involved: UE ROM restrictions for 6 weeks
no abduction or flexion above 90
