COCP and POP- may increase fibroid size
IUS- increased rate of expulsion
GnRH analogues- induce a menopausal state with low oestrogen levels
GnRH treatment- how can hypoestrogenic effects be minimised
Low dose HRT and tibolone.
Lmit treatment to 6 months duration
