Often multiple and bilateral.

A
During premenstrual phase.

Is rapid fluctuation in size normal?

Yes, estrogen isn’t considered causative agent. Increased risk in women who drink alcohol. Most frequent lesion. Most common in ages 30-50.

What is the treatment for fibrocystic changes?
A
NSAIDs

A
Avoid trauma
Decrease caffeine
