- En* represents both the noun and the partitive notion expressed by du, de la, and des.
- En* + verb + quantity.
- Je voudrais des timbres.*

Conjugate sourire, étudier, s’ennuyer, croire, and voir.
Note that all of these have an additional semi-vowel sound added in the nous and vous forms, and that the je/tu/il/ils forms are all pronounced the same.
