A
  • activity related pain in groin, particularly in flexion and rotation
  • difficulty sitting
  • C sign positive (grasping of anterior and posterior hip in pain)
  • FADIR (flexion, adduction, internal rotation) provocation test positive

observation of asymptomatic patients
