- sartorious laterally
- adductor longus medically
- inguinal ligament superiorly
Location of direct inguinal hernia
Medial to inferior epigastric artery
Location of indirect inguinal hernia
Lateral to inferior epigastric artery

Superficial only

Spermatic cord thru deep + superficial rings
