Reposition within 6h.
If anatomical reduction : conservative 5-10kg 8Weeks with controle at 10 days
If anatomical reduction not achieved : Fragment excision vs fragment fixation.

A
Medial : Sartorius (femoral n)
Lateral : tensor fascia lata (superior gluteal n)
Medial : rectus femoris (femoral n)
Lateral : gluteus medius (superior gluteal n)
