How to isolate panto?

If lowered - place 3 way switch to manual lowering and isolate position
Activate cab to raise other panto
If panto fails to lower when isolating what do you do?
Manually lower and isolate with 3 way switch and crank handle

If you see “other cab operative” light, what steps must you take?
-Cab 2 cab
