- Have a genuine interest in your customer
- Bond with your customers by taking an interest in the things they love.
- Build a relationships with them
- Build on our customers individual strengths and share them with each other.
- Celebrate the milestones on people’s journey- have a bell, a gong, a whistle and a standing ovation.
